GUEST POLICY: One guest per pool tag POOL REGISTRATION AND VALIDATION INFORMATIONIn order to be eligible to obtain pool ID tags, you must be an owner and/or resident of Northpointe East. To avoid use of the facility by non-members, access to the pool WILL BE DENIED without the proper pool ID tags. This is for the protection of the residents and owners of Northpointe East, and your assistance in bringing your pool ID tag each time you visit the pool will assure that only eligible people are using the facilities. All maintenance assessments due on your property must be paid current to obtain your pool ID tags. All residents must register for the swim season. Please fill out this form and bring it to registration with you. If you still have your pool tags from last year, bring them with you to validate for the 2008 swim season. Registration dates are as follows:
PLEASE NOTE: THESE ARE THE ONLY DATES TO OBTAIN TAGS WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY A FEE OF $5.00 PER TAG. PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO GET YOUR TAGS DURING THESE TIMES!! Please complete the registration form and bring it to the pool or annual meeting on one of the above dates. If you rent your home, please bring your drivers license and a utility bill as proof of residency. If the name of the owner differs from the name on the registration form, unless a child under the age of 18, proof of residence must be established. Tags not issued on one of the above dates must be obtained in person at the office of Chaparral Management Company. Pool ID tags issued by Chaparral Management Company will be charged the $5.00 processing fee for each pool tag. Therefore, if you have two pool ID tags issued for your property, the fee will be $10.00. Likewise, if you have five pool ID tags issued for your property, the fee will be $25.00. Tags not issued on one of the above dates must be obtained in person at the office of Chaparral Management Company. There will be a charge of $5.00 per pool tag for all registrations processed by Chaparral Management. Therefore, if you have two pool ID tags issued for your property, the fee will be $10.00. Likewise, if you have five pool ID tags issued for your property, the fee will be $25.00. You may take the registration form to Chaparral Management Company Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM. The office is located at 6630 Cypresswood Drive, #100, Spring, Texas 77379, approximately ½ mile east of the intersection of Cypresswood and Stuebner Airline. Please note that your annual maintenance fees must be paid in full to obtain the 2008 pool ID tags. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted access to the pool without an adult and will not be issued pool tags. All persons age 10 and over will be required to have individual pool ID tags. NO PERSON WILL BE PERMITTED ACCESS TO THE POOL WITHOUT THE PROPER POOL ID TAGS, NO EXCEPTIONS! |
